Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the arbdrive platform (“arbdrive”, the “Service”) operated by Webcue. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

arbdrive provides authentication, token management, and a gateway to the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API for applications that integrate with it. The Service acts on your behalf only to the extent you authorize through Facebook's OAuth consent.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or the Meta Platform Terms.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other users or tenants.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Use the Service to send spam or to engage in deceptive advertising practices.

3. Meta Platform compliance

Your use of Facebook and Instagram data through the Service is additionally governed by the Meta Platform Terms and applicable Meta policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

4. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Meta APIs will remain available or behave as expected.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webcue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time.
