Data Deletion Instructions

When you remove arbdrive (or an application connected through arbdrive) from your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings, Meta notifies us automatically. We then revoke your stored access tokens and delete the associated Facebook identity record. This is the fastest method and requires no further action.

Any application built on arbdrive can offer a “Disconnect Facebook” action. Using it immediately revokes the stored token and marks your Facebook connection as removed.

To request a full deletion manually, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

• Your stored Facebook access and refresh tokens.
• Your Facebook identity record (user ID, name, email captured at connect time).
• Cached ad-account, page, and campaign data associated with your connection.

Audit log entries that record that an action occurred may be retained in de-identified form where required for security and legal compliance.

Deletion requests submitted through Meta's callback return a confirmation code and a status URL you can use to verify completion. For email requests, we reply to confirm once the deletion is complete.
