Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Webcue (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the arbdrive platform (“arbdrive”, the “Service”) available at arbdrive.com. arbdrive connects applications to the Meta (Facebook) Marketing API on behalf of users who choose to link their Facebook account.

1. Information we collect

When you connect a Facebook account through an application that uses arbdrive, we receive and store:

  • Your Facebook user ID, name, and email address (as permitted by the scopes you grant).
  • OAuth access tokens issued by Meta that allow the Service to act on your behalf.
  • Facebook Pages, ad accounts, businesses, campaign and advertising data that you authorize the connecting application to read or manage.
  • Operational metadata such as timestamps, request identifiers, and audit log entries.

2. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide the Service, including to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your connection to the Meta Marketing API.
  • Refresh access tokens so connected integrations continue to function.
  • Proxy authorized requests to the Meta Graph API (for example, retrieving ad insights or pausing a campaign).
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and keep audit records of actions taken on your behalf.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising of our own.

3. How we store and protect information

Access tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. Data is transmitted over TLS. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. We retain data only as long as your account remains connected or as required to provide the Service.

4. Sharing

We share data only with Meta Platforms (to fulfill the API requests you authorize) and with the specific application you connected through arbdrive. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not otherwise share or sell your data with third parties.

5. Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time, which revokes the stored tokens. To request deletion of your data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. We also honor deauthorization and data deletion callbacks sent by Meta when you remove the app from your Facebook settings.

6. Meta Platform compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from the Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including limited-use requirements.

7. Contact
